Robyn has spent the last 12 years in the luxury travel and concierge world. She began her career in fashion and her eye for style and design is apparent in hotels and destinations she loves most. Robyn often forms close bonds with her clients. As a testament to this, she has a loyal following of travelers who have entrusted their family and friends’ trips to her for years. A fourth-generation New Yorker, navigating a city is part of her DNA. But she couldn’t survive the fast paced urban life without weekends in the mountains or at the beach. On a recent trip to Chile, she reveled in the exquisite food and wine experiences in Santiago as much as she loved snow shoeing up a volcano while staying at Hacienda Vira Vira in the northern Patagonia lake district.
Robyn spends a significant amount of time personalizing every trip she plans and finds it immensely satisfying finding the perfect guide, restaurant or shop to match each individual. She is known to spend hours agonizing over the perfect spot for each meal throughout a trip. Being the mother of two young children, Robyn knows first-hand both the joys of exposing young eyes to the world and the logistical requirements that are needed. She loves planning family trips that combine relaxation with fun and new cultural experiences.
Favorite Memory
Taking my mom to Sao Lourenco do Barrocal for her 70th birthday. It was the first time just the two of us have traveled together and I loved watching her experience first hand what I do, why I research the way I do, the people I know in different countries, the hotel relationships I have….and loved watching her eyes fill with excitement when we walked into our gorgeous room or when we entered breakfast for the first time. She was in heaven walking through the grounds of that stunning property!

Next Dream Trip?
I haven’t taken my kids to Italy and a dream trip would be to spend a relaxing week at Borgo Santo Pietro just enjoying the wine, the food, the farm life, taking cooking classes, visits to nearby villages and smaller towns…now that I’ve gotten used to working from home and home-schooling, why not go during an off season time, right?? I also LOVE boats, so any trip on a sailboat would be an absolute dream.
Cannot travel without...
My phone/camera to stay connected to my family when I am not with them and keep track of everything I see, an eye mask (ever since I’ve had kids I need an eye mask and sound machine to sleep!), and a really nice pen to take notes. I still love writing everything down in notebooks rather than digitally.
