Jim’s Virtuoso agency specializes in customized luxury trips, with a focus on cruising and five-star hotels. Jim has been named to the Travel + Leisure A-list of top travel agents numerous times, and serves on the advisory boards of Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, Aman Hotels, Accor Hotels, and more. Jim has authored two books on travel and also produced an off-Broadway play, a comedy about travel agents in 2014, all under the name “Craving for Travel.”
