Fallon’s passion for exploring the world and finding authentic human connection paved the way for her career in travel. After graduating from Boston University’s School of Hospitality and working in the events and nightlife world, Fallon started working for an affiliate of Ovation Travel Group and then at Skylark as Chief Vacation Officer and General Manager. In September 2021, Fallon moved over to Protravel to join Josh Alexander to grow their leisure business. Fallon has been recognized as a member of Travel Agent Central’s “30Under30”, as a Travel+Leisure “Rising Star” at ILTM Cannes, and most recently, Fallon was named one of the “50 Most Important Women in Travel.

It’s impossible to pick one. Listening to Andrea Bocelli on the balcony of my suite at Capri Tiberio Palace, feeling straight out of a Slim Aarons photo with a glass of pinot grigio in hand at Club by the Sea at Palazzo Avino, or riding in the back of a vintage Lancia 2000 Berlina, singing Italian music en route to dinner in Cisternino from Borgo Egnazia.
