Royal Mansour Casablanca is a jewel in the heart of Morocco’s bustling city. The hotel effortlessly blends traditional Moroccan architecture with modern luxury, creating a stunning oasis. The beautiful design, energetic atmosphere, and attention to detail make it a perfect backdrop for our Rockstars weekend.
The weekend kicked off with a sunset party at the Royal Suite, and it was the perfect way to set the tone for the weekend. As the sun dipped below the horizon, casting a warm glow over Casablanca, Querido Rockstars and hoteliers mingled in an ambiance, complete with perfect views, exquisite décor, and live music. It felt truly magical.
Now, let’s talk about the food because, honestly, it deserves its own fan club. We were treated to a feast that showcased the talents of the hotel’s chefs. Every dish, from Moroccan delicacies to French and Japanese flavors was a work of art, beautifully presented and bursting with flavors.
Day two began with a morning tour of Casablanca with our first stop being the magnificent Hassan II Mosque, one of the largest mosques in the world. The mosque’s intricate details and and stunning craftsmanship offer a glimpse into Morocco’s rich cultural heritage.
Next, we visited the olive markets, a vibrant chaos of colors and aromas swirling around with a variety of olive flavors and zesty spices. Who knew olives could be so exciting? And just when we thought it couldn’t get any better, we wrapped up our tour with a traditional lunch at La Sqala, where we enjoyed authentic Moroccan dishes!
As the evening approached, we made our way to the breathtaking rooftop of the Royal Mansour Casablanca, where the panoramic views of the majestic Hassan II Mosque and the sparkling city skyline setting a stunning backdrop for the night. We were treated to a Mediterranean-inspired seated dinner that felt like a culinary dream come true. Every dish was a masterpiece fit for royalty.
