Built in 1910, the hotel was inspired by the grand hotels found in the European capitals and has been family-owned, offering warm and heartfelt service since the very beginning. With its 100 windows overlooking either the blue waters of the lake or the flowering greenery of the park, the hotel features 75 rooms and 15 suites, including 8 exclusive Rooftop Suites. The suites range from historically inspired, like the Suite Greta an ode, to the great actress Greta Garbo to the most contemporary suites located at the hotel’s rooftop, all equipped with a private terrace and an outdoor heated jacuzzi to experience Lake Como most stylishly.
